As a career transition coach, I work with creative, committed individuals who are hungry to create impactful, inspired, and rich lives. I am also a sustainable business consultant that helps to create dynamic and resilient businesses for the new economy.

Previously, I spent over a decade on Wall Street as a vice president at a boutique investment bank in New York. From that world I bring business rigor, analysis, and tenacity to my client’s projects and dreams.

As a faculty member & graduate of the Bainbridge Graduate Institute, the first MBA program to offer a degree in sustainable business, I bring triple bottom line values and the entrepreneurial mindset to individuals and teams in mission-aligned organizations.

I am also trained as a Co-Active Coach by The Coaches Training Institute, the largest and oldest coach training program in the world.
